0 out of 5 stars. Dropped car off and told them to take their time, we are not in a rush. Told us two weeks. Got it done in a week. Cool? So we thought. Told him to use all new parts and whatnot. After the car was done and painted, he called me and said the car was ready. This was after 5 pm, closer to 6. Got there and it was dark outside. Spent the next hour looking at the car to make sure it was fine. In the dark…. It was not fine. Seemed like the owner was trying to hide the bad job. It was at this time that he (the owner) told me that the rear quarter panel that he got was used and they used all “used” parts to fix the vehicle. I told him I wanted all new parts and his excuse was “ used was faster”. Told him I didn’t care and we wasn’t rushing the shop to hurry up and finish. Took it on his own to shop for used parts and didn’t ask me if it was ok. The paint was spotty and you could see bare metal in spots and runs. Painted extra stuff we didn’t asked to be painted. The owner then became extremely rude when confronted about using used parts and not having the car ready like it should be. He said he was trying to hurry but I told him “no one was rushing him”. Highly recommend! I took in my Camry that had been involved in a fender bender that badly damaged the driver door and wheel well. They had my car back to me in pristine condition in less than 2 weeks. I was extremely impressed with their communication, speed of service, and quality of work!

I couldn't be more pleased with their quality of work and customer service! I had a major issue with the person's insurance company that hit me. I called Texas Custom nearly every day and they were super patient and even helped me deal with the insurance company. They got my car fixed in a short amount of time and were extremely helpful. God forbid myself or my husband gets hit again, but if we do, we'll be going right back! Thank you SO much Texas Custom!! You guys were a breeze to deal with!
